Heavy workouts can make your body sour and in pain. Post-workout stretches are very important as they relax your muscles and relieve the pain. Many people do the mistake of not stretching their body after a workout, as a result, they get body pain and stiff body. Stretches no doubt make your body very flexible and prepare your body for the next workout.
